Motion Designer

venturethree is an independent global brand company, imagining new futures and making them real using the power of brand. We are based in London with a growing presence in the US, and we’re looking for a Motion Designer with 3 – 5 years experience to work on some exciting projects.

Role

• Develop the on-screen brand and motion graphics expression for our ever-growing portfolio of international brands
• Shape imaginative concepts into compelling motion graphics and design systems
• Translate design concepts and storyboards into animations and films
• Collaborate with teams and clients and push to enhance the project quality
• Assist in guiding junior designers and help bring on new talent
• Showcase a good understanding of design and animation principles and technical standards
• Maintain a consistent standard of quality and creativity in your work
• Participate in training programs to develop proficiency in animation, typography, and design
• Zoom in to the detail, finesse your work and make it good to go
• Be plugged-in to design and culture, share references and show enthusiasm
• Embody the v3 principles and contribute to v3 our culture

Skillset

• After Effects, Premier Pro, Cinema 4D (a bonus)
• Tech-savvy, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and quick to learn new software.
• An exceptional eye for detail and great housekeeping
• A team player who gets stuck in and willing to go the extra mile
