Your Mission:
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute motion design projects from concept to final production.
- Contribute to the execution of corporate identity projects, including visual audits, creative conceptualization, and guideline development.
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using After Effects and other motion design software.
- Work with the creative team to select audio, video, colors, and animations that align with the brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software tools, and motion design techniques to continually improve work quality.
- Provide creative input and feedback in team discussions to improve design solutions and visual concepts.
- Help streamline workflows by improving design processes and ensuring the efficient execution of projects.
About You:
- +3 years of experience in Motion Design
- Proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (if you work with other software we can discuss it)
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and visual storytelling - a plus if you have specific UI animation projects
- Fluent English level (written and spoken)
- Communication and organizational skills (file architecture, file organization and prep to handover to videographers, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Great visual culture and a researcher mindset - keep benchmarking, keep bringing high quality work you've seen and might want to try the same approach, keep those tutorials coming
- Loves the discipline of identity and branding - we are building differentiation in the sector, that goes beyond creating a cool video, but consistency across channels and brand coherence
