Are you a skilled and compassionate Dermatologist seeking a fulfilling role with outstanding growth potential? A thriving private dermatology practice in beautiful southwest Missouri is expanding and looking for a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join their collegial team!

- Flexible scheduling—choose a 4- or 5-day workweek
About the Opportunity:
Join a dynamic, patient-centered practice that values autonomy, clinical excellence and work-life balance. You’ll provide primarily general / medical and surgical dermatology while enjoying the support of experienced colleagues and highly trained medical assistants.
- Serve a growing patient base in state-of-the-art clinics equipped with EMA software
- Practice alongside experienced dermatologists and APPs in a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Supported by 3–4 dedicated medical assistants per provider to handle rooming, scribing and note preparation
- Position created due to strong patient demand and continued practice expansion
- Enjoy both independence and clinical support in delivering top-tier dermatologic care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Tremendous earning potential—expect $850,000+
- Guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of collections
- Generous $50,000 sign-on bonus
