About the job

QHMRI Center is seeking a California-licensed Radiologist (MD/DO) to serve as Medical Director (Part-Time/Contract) for our outpatient MRI facility in Sunnyvale, CA.
This role includes oversight of imaging protocols, quality assurance, and compliance with state and federal IDTF requirements.

Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of MRI imaging protocols and safety
Ensure compliance with CDPH, ACR, and CMS regulations
Collaborate with teleradiology partners for case review and QA
Available for consultation as needed (remote acceptable)
Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (CMS, IDTF, ACR/IAC standards).

Required Qualifications
Active California Medical License
Board Certification in Radiology (ABR or equivalent)
Experience in MRI / Musculoskeletal imaging preferred
Eligible to serve as supervising physician under CMS and ACR/IAC standards
