  • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and accountability, modeling the values that define a world-class engineering team
  • Act as a mentor to junior engineers and help in their development

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering for industrial, power, or energy projects
  • Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with engineering analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, or Python)
  • Effective communicator and collaborator within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with piping and pressure vessel design, rotating equipment, or heat exchangers
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
