Key or Primary Responsibility:
Initiate, Implement, and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/prediction maintenance.
Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost–effective manner.
Ensure QMS in track and implement on time like CCF, Deviation, RCA, CAPA, Audit compliance, and Equipment qualification like IQ, OQ, PQ
Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, Schedule compliance, etc.,
Communicate directly with the operation department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
Review the operation of plant equipment and system constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate & solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Implementing cGMP aspects & Engineering guidelines.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are as per Regulatory aspects.
Responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance AMCs of various equipment, etc.,
Secondary Responsibility:
Implementation of 5S, TPM, Kaizen in plant. Well conversation with 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Lean etc.,
Manufacturing excellence techniques.
