- Review functional parameters for electro-mechanical studies and compliance requirements (e.g. Fire Brigade regulations) of proposed architectural concepts.
- Analyze and assess electro-mechanical design plans to ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
- Propose, design, and implement innovative solutions for retail or similar environments.
- Prepare and monitor technical specifications in line with Greek legislation regarding building design and development.
- Provide design solutions for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Liaise with governmental authorities and assist with the preparation of technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
