Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Materials Coordinator I to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, staging, shipping, and inventory management of materials, finished goods, and samples. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle receipt, staging, and shipment of materials, samples, and finished goods.

• Prepare and document shipments in line with GDP and company standards.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts, records, and system entries.

• Coordinate logistics with carriers and cross-functional teams.

• Support warehouse activities including staging, sample requests, and investigations.

• Guide forklift operators and contribute to daily warehouse operations.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.

• Handle clerical tasks and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1–3 years of relevant warehouse or materials handling experience (regulated environment preferred).

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team setting.

• Professional, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
