About the job
Are you a creative marketer with a strong eye for design and a passion for making brands stand out — both online and offline? Would you describe yourself as someone who’s just as confident creating visuals as you are coordinating campaigns, managing email sends, and bringing events to life? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you…
The Role
We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing industrial engineering business in Bristol.
This is a truly hands-on, hybrid role for someone who enjoys variety. One day you might be designing brochures, decals, or event signage; the next you could be planning e-shots, updating a Webflow page, or posting creative social posts. You’ll play a key role in how our brands look, feel, and communicate across every touchpoint, digital and physical.
If you’re excited by the idea of being the lead marketeer in a growing business where you will be combining creativity with coordination in a company that values design, precision, and growth, then this could be your chance to make your mark.
Skills & Experience
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience designing for both print and digital environments
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email platforms
- Familiarity with Webflow or comparable website builders
- Good understanding of CRM systems such as Pipedrive and data management
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of marketing
- Experience or interest in industrial, engineering, or B2B marketing is a bonus
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (Photoshop a plus)
Benefits
Alongside a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience), you’ll enjoy creative autonomy across a growing band and a genuinely varied workload. You’ll be part of a collaborative Bristol-based team with flexible working potential, and there’s real opportunity to grow with an expanding, design-led industrial group.
