About the job
Marketing Manager at UnifiedCommunications
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Who We Are
At UnifiedCommunications, we simplify the complex world of enterprise communication and collaboration. Whether it’s hardware, software, or strategy, we connect the dots so our clients can focus on what matters — getting things done. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team looking for someone who can translate our mission into marketing that actually moves the needle.
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist and storyteller. We’re building momentum — for our brand, our sales pipeline, and for how the world communicates at work. If you thrive in execution mode and know how to turn strategy into action, this may be the right role for you. You’ll be the driver behind content, campaigns, and customer-facing moments that actually matter.
What You’ll Do
- Own content execution across the board — blogs, case studies, collateral, social posts, landing pages, and anything else that moves the needle
- Run campaigns that support both revenue growth and brand visibility (we're not here for vanity metrics)
- Use data like a weapon — track performance, report outcomes, and optimize what works
- Keep projects on track — timelines, vendors, freelancers, and internal partners will all look to you to keep things moving
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or AV/UC
- Proven experience with HubSpot and WordPress (bonus points if you’ve done both hands-on)
- Strong writing and editing skills — you know how to write like a human, not a brochure
- A track record of content and campaign execution that supports sales and drives engagement
- A bias for action, a low tolerance for fluff, and the ability to juggle a lot without dropping the ball
Why You’ll Love It Here
- We’re not corporate. We’re smart, scrappy, and actually fun to work with
- You’ll have real ownership and room to make your mark
- We move fast, think big, and expect a lot — in the best way
- Competitive pay, flexible work, and a team that has your back
Technical Skills That Matter
- HubSpot: Campaigns, workflows, emails, and reporting
- WordPress: Posting, editing, basic site updates
- Adobe Creative Suite: Especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (you don’t need to be a designer, but you know how to open a file without panicking)
- Canva: For quick-turn social and sales content
- Google Analytics / Looker / HubSpot Reporting: You know what’s working and what needs to go
- Project Management Tools: (Asana, Hive, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
Apply if you’re ready to stop marketing for the sake of it and start creating work that delivers.
