What You'll Do
Our ideal Marketing Manager will be an integral contributor to the company. You'll be working on multiple projects to continue making us the #1 HR Software for SMB business. If you get a kick out of solving problems and building beautiful world class software, then you will love BambooHR.
Responsibilities:
- Increase brand awareness and market share
- Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and preparing forecasts
- Develop and manage the marketing department's budget
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Manage product marketing, demand generation, social media, and events teams
- Understand the competitive landscape
What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing and sales
- Proficient with Marketo, Salesforce, and SEO
