Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role combines digital marketing expertise, content oversight, and campaign management to support the Company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies that align with the goals of the Business while maintaining consistent messaging across all channels.
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels to drive engagement and conversions.
- SEO Oversight: Implement and monitor search engine optimisation strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to boost online presence.
- Website Management: Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring content is current, optimised, and user-friendly.
- Content Creation and Collaboration: Oversee the production of digital content, email campaigns, and promotional materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse data, and produce actionable monthly reports to inform marketing decisions.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of emerging marketing tools, platforms, and industry trends to ensure the Business remains competitive.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Proven background in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns and other digital marketing channels. Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy is essential.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for campaign content and stakeholder interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), WordPress, and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to meet objectives and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
