About the job
As a member of the Communication Support Team, you will be working to provide a linguistic bridge between English and Japanese speakers. Your work will involve interpretation and translation, in addition to various tasks pivotal in promoting further globalization within the creative studio.
WORK DESCRIPTION
- Interpretation and translation in English and Japanese
- Examples:
・Interpretation of internal meetings, meetings with overseas partners, etc. (Done either consecutively/simultaneously via in-person or remotely within the office)
・Providing communication support to staff who cannot speak Japanese or English
・Translation of internal announcements, manuals, etc. Assisting staff relocating from overseas to Japan
…etc.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
- Work experience of five (5) or more years as a translator, interpreter and/or similar positions
- Native level Japanese language skills
- Experience in multitasking-oriented work
- Experience in living overseas
- Knowledgeable in DEI and globalization initiatives
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience in Management-related work
- Experience in providing living support to people relocating from overseas and helping them get things started
