The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, has a strong understanding of skincare and consumer trends, and is eager to contribute to product storytelling, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations. This hybrid role is based in New York, offering the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities Product Launch Support Assist in concept development, copywriting, and product positioning for new product launches. Coordinate packaging design, sample management, and competitive research. Prepare retailer submission decks and support go-to-market planning. Retail & Campaign Marketing Partner with sales and retail teams (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, beauty specialty channels) to develop in-store and online promotions. Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail platforms. Ensure all initiatives align with brand strategy and visual identity. Event Coordination Support PR and marketing events including sampling activations, influencer pop-ups, and launch events. Manage logistics, timelines, and vendor communications. Analytics & Reporting Track SKU and campaign performance; assist with weekly and monthly marketing reports. Prepare weekly 360 marketing decks (sales review, performance tracking, and newness updates). Assist with demand planning and inventory coordination for new items and brand channels. Market Research & Strategy Conduct competitive analyses and trend monitoring to inform campaign development and innovation. Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to develop innovative, storytelling-driven product launches. Support initiatives to build brand awareness, drive sales, and improve profitability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or CPG industries. Experience collaborating with Sephora, Ulta, or beauty specialty retailers preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with proven data-driven decision-making ability. Proactive, creative self-starter with exceptional attention to detail. Preferred: Ability to read, write, and speak Korean.
