About the job

We seek a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will drive our business development efforts and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads into our sales pipeline. This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager/Coordinator and be responsible for executing cold outreach campaigns, managing prospect list data, and setting up monthly webinar promotions, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and clean up the prospect database
  • Develop a Dream 100 Prospect list
  • Manage the cold outreach system
  • Configure and manage landing pages and follow-up campaigns
  • Syndicate content across various social media platforms
  • Conduct direct outreach to prospects via social media and email
  • Set up and manage monthly webinar promotions
  • Aim to set at least 15 qualified strategy sessions per month

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably HighLevel
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and organized
