Marketing Assistant

SF have partnered with a client in Redditch who are looking to bring in a Marketing Assistant to the team. They are open to somebody who doesn't yet have the experience, but has a passion for building a career in marketing.
Salary: £25,000
Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday
Day-to-day activities will involve:
- Editing and proofing advertisement artwork to deadlines
- Working with outside suppliers, confirming advertising space
- Monitoring competitor activity and social media trends, contributing ideas
- Helping manage social media accounts and contributing to content creation
- Exploring and researching new marketing opportunities
- Checking invoices and maintaining records
- Tracking campaign results and assisting in analysing performance metrics
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Required Skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy is a must
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred
- A knowledge of Social Media Platforms - ideally workplace experience
- Experience using Excel, confident in collating data
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
