Summary: Top-ranked multinational law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to provide marketing, communications, and business development support to specific practice groups, individual partners and the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Business Development and Marketing Manager with event pre-planning and production

Evaluate the quality of various events and organizations
-
Pitch support and material updates
-
Manage and maintain a database of current and prospective clients, referrals, marketing and sales initiatives
-
Provide support to partners in the management of their contact networks
-
Draft introductions, gratitude letters, reminders and confirmations
-
Act as a resource for the partners to help them achieve their networking goals
-
Coordinate with various internal and external groups of people to schedule business development meetings and activities
-
Prepare research and marketing materials for meetings with prospective clients

Assist in responding to proposal opportunities

Assist in completing post mortems on pitches

Oversee data entry to CRM database

Manage and maintain updates to marketing client lists, templates and database
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required

5+ years of business development or marketing experience in a global professional services environment preferred

Experience with account management and/or customer relationship management

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Microsoft Office proficiency is required

Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM

Data entry proficiency

Ability to work necessary overtime to meet business needs
