As a Marketing Analyst at KoiReader Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the C-suite team on day-to-day operations, and execute market research, customer/prospect analysis, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis. We are seeking a proactive individual with a keen analytical mind and a creative flair to drive innovative branding initiatives and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
### Responsibilities
* Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform our marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Customer Analysis: Analyze customer behaviour (ICP) and preferences to develop insights that guide targeted marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
* Branding Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative branding initiatives to elevate brand awareness and recognition, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across marketing channels and initiatives.
* Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising, to drive brand visibility and engagement.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
* CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and Freshdesk to manage customer interactions, gather insights, and improve retention strategies.
* Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing and branding role, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and implementation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Freshdesk.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand standards and objectives.
