Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. **What you'll do:** Lead manufacture engineering to manufacturing with emphasis on safety, process improvement and optimization aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, increasing productivity, reducing cycle time and unit cost. - Lead new product introduction project and ramp-up capability set up. - Actively participate in the development of new products, and timely prepare effective processes and process quality control documents (such as working instructions, PFMEA, etc.). - Introduce new equipment & tools before production. Optimize the equipment/tool design so as to improve production efficiency/quality control. - Develop manufacturing technology, lead production line automation and digital intelligence transformation. - Responsible for the development of standard working hours, the overall promotion, audit and improvement; through the IE approach, optimization and improvement of the process, fixtures and fittings, staffing and structure; - Develop and lead programs to improve process and capability continuously. - Lead and implement projects to optimize the layout. - Responsible for leading and implementing the work related to the appointment, training and assessment of employees within the ME department. - Strong safety knowledge and sense to support operation safety. - Other tasks assigned by supervisor. **Qualifications:** - Include or above bachelor degree; - 8+ working experiences; - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering knowledge; - Well communication and motivation; **At Eaton, we don't just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
