Superior Farms Equipment is a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of air seeding, tillage, and hay hauling equipment that operates the brands Morris Equipment Ltd, Rite Way Mfg Co Ltd, and ProAg.
We are recruiting to fill a full time Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in our manufacturing facilities in Minnedosa, MB.
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for all engineering aspects and other related duties regarding the day-to-day operations and continuous planning for development of the plant’s facilities, equipment, and fabrication processes. The Manufacturing Engineer is also the first point of contact at the facility for Quality Assurance related activities.
The successful candidate must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Must possess excellent management, planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in metal fabrication is required, along with computer literacy in Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, AutoCad and 3D CAD Programs. Knowledge of current dry-land farming practices and tillage equipment technology are a definite asset.
