The Manager - Total Facilities Management (TFM) at Dubai Parks and Resorts, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment, is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations and maintenance of all MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water filtration, and pumping systems. The position requires coordination of sustainability practices, energy-saving systems, preventive and corrective maintenance via CMMS/CAFM, vendor management, road and footpath maintenance, and effective supervision of landscape contractors. The Manager is also accountable for safety system audits (e.g., fire alarms, lifeguard alerts), accurate reporting, managing FM teams, overseeing external contracts, and ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and safely within budget and regulatory frameworks. The role demands strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage in a dynamic entertainment environment.
