We are seeking an experienced strategic sales leader to manage and grow our Seoul-based Business Development team and help us expand our South Korean business.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Development, you will be an important contributor to our sales leadership team, leading recruiting, pipeline generation/consumption growth strategy, and constructive coaching for our Business Development team members.
You will have experience driving pipeline generation, leading a sales development team, and working with sales and marketing teams.
The impact you will have:
- Take the primary leadership role in building and scaling an outstanding team
- Support and shape the strategy for pipeline generation within KR
- Create innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth
- Manage your team's pipeline target and be active in coaching team members to be successful
- Work with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize the contribution of the team
- Analyze team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies
What we look for:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience in a quota-carrying, end-to-end sales role with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs focused on giving people the training and support that they need to succeed
- Expertise in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, additional experience with other sales tools will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Native Korean and Business level English (Written and Verbal)
- Experienced in sales processes focused on value selling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and lead through ambiguity
- Passion for cloud, big data, and AI
