What You Will Do

• Plan and execute various projects across merchants management and growth

• Prepare and manage project performance reports to support leadership decision-making

• Facilitate smooth communication with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress

• Collect and analyze data to support business decisions

Basic Qualifications

• 7~10+ years of experience in project management, service operations, or strategic planning

• 3+ years of people management experience

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Ability to extract and utilize data

• Able to communicate effectively in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

• Business level English

• Experience working in startups

• Enjoys managing multiple responsibilities and taking ownership of tasks

• Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic work environments
