We're seeking a strategic Pricing Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will develop and optimize pricing strategies, models, and initiatives that maximize revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth. You'll also work very closely with our revenue operations and other internal teams to drive revenue optimization across our portfolio.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, models, and strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market research to identify opportunities for pricing optimization
  • Collaborate with product management to establish pricing for new product launches and features
  • Analyze customer segments, willingness to pay, and elasticity to inform tier and package design
  • Manage pricing promotions, discounts, and incentive programs to optimize revenue capture and customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain pricing dashboards and analytics that track key metrics (ARPU, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC)
  • Support sales enablement by providing pricing guidance, discount authority guidelines, and deal structure recommendations
  • Conduct pricing experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and identify optimization opportunities
  • Partner with finance to forecast pricing impact on revenue and profitability
  • Maintain pricing governance policies and ensure consistent application across all customer segments and channels
  • Identify and implement pricing operations tools and systems to streamline processes
  • Prepare executive reporting on pricing performance, market positioning, and strategic recommendations
  • Support merger and acquisition activities with pricing analysis and integration planning



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or similar required
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments companies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience building pricing models and conducting financial analysis
  • Knowledge of pricing psychology, value-based pricing methodologies, and revenue optimization techniques
  • Experience with pricing software platforms (e.g., Zuora, Vendr, Apptio, or equivalent)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with capacity to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
  • Attention to detail and strong business acumen
