The People Operations Manager oversees various aspects of human resources and employee relations within the organization. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and Offboarding Processes
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Manage performance evaluation processes and guide managers and employees

- Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary
- Develop and maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks and policies
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
