The role ensures seamless operations, strong cybersecurity, and business alignment, particularly for AI-driven environments. Responsibilities include managing hybrid workspaces, Azure and Entra ID environments, VDIs, endpoint security, and SOC/NOC operations. The IT Manager will also oversee compliance with ISO, SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA standards, manage vendors and contracts, support enterprise applications, and collaborate with DevOps and facilities teams. The role requires leadership, customer-focused problem-solving, and strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
