Position Summary
The Finance Reporting team is working on accelerating the growth of our business by implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model.
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and a self-starter. This role requires strong analytical skills, independent thinking, and system programming experience. A qualified candidate will have a natural curiosity and strong business acumen to proactively identify, evaluate and communicate business performance using data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Ensures adherence to financial controls and policies.
- Must have ability to summarize complicated financial data in a simple and concise way.
- Design, develop, and implement interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that meet business requirements and enhance decision-making processes.
- Review, Refine and Optimize visualizations that are already built by the business teams for performance efficiency and speed.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Experience in Finance and/or related field
- Tableau Development: 5+ years in design, development, and optimization interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- SQL & Database Management 5+ years: Write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills.
- Partnering skills; ability to function effectively in the team environment or independently.
- Ability to learn quickly in fast paced environment and someone who is a self-starter.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data automation is an advantage.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics *preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
