Oracle is seeking a Manager for Cloud Engineering in North America to lead and guide a team in designing and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures. This role focuses on providing direction, leadership, and expert knowledge to help solve customer business problems and increase the adoption of Oracle cloud services.
Manage resources interacting with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and implement cloud solutions.
Establish business objectives, metrics, and plans, ensuring their attainment.
Execute strategy and provide guidance on Oracle cloud solutions and technology.
Oversee the implementation of solutions and ensure successful deployments.
Lead customer support from Proof of Concept (POC) through to production deployment.
Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
Possibly deliver presentations to high-level customers and at events.
Maintain expertise on emerging technologies.
Experience managing cloud engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions and technology.
Proven ability to execute strategies and achieve objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Capability to identify and address customer needs.
