Our team is seeking Engagement Managers with a passion for the banking and investment solutions industry to deliver engagements in strategic planning, operating model design, and transformation program delivery. You will build and sustain relationships with clients at multiple levels, and manage engagement teams to design, build, and commercialize solutions to solve client and consumer problems. You will work on collaborative teams with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues, interviewing key personnel, developing recommendations, and facilitating workshops to drive client decision making. In addition to client engagements, you will be expected to contribute to the growth of the practice, playing a key role in account development activities and pursuits, and leading initiatives to build internal assets, industry methodologies, thought leadership, and new offerings. Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
