Management Information Analyst- Permanent – Manchester – £40,000 – £68,000 per annum
Our client is actively seeking a permanent Management Information Analyst to join their team based in Manchester. As the Management Information Analyst you will be spotting trends, supporting the business drive for programme improvement and service evolvement as well as meeting customer needs and enabling communication to stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying and communicating trends in data.
* Involved with assisting business changes based on informed decisions.
* Monitor the performance of programmes against service level targets.
* Produce regular service performance reports.
* Working with Service Delivery to review SLA’s for programmes.
* Analyse statistics to identify trends in the performance and report finding to appropriate teams to inform service improvement.
* Assist programme managers to analyse incidents and problems to highlight areas of poor performance or risk of failure enabling pro-active activity to minimise incidents.
* Monitor the impact of problems on agreed service levels and initiates any appropriate improvement actions.
* Assess and report on the probable causes of incidents and consequences of existing problems.
* Work with the wider programme team to respond to service level queries.
* Obtain ownership of data quality across the programmes.

* ITIL Foundation (Desirable)
