Experience Required:
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance.
• Experience working within FMCG/Manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating all maintenance activity throughout the facility including equipment and facility upkeep.
• Leading and coaching the maintenance team.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained to meet safety standards.
