Role:
The Maintenance Manager manages all facilities for the Nation. This position coordinates new and on-going projects to ensure timely completion of all projects. Acts as a liaison for the Tribe with general contractors, federal funding agencies, and the community. This position may require working hours outside of normal work hours.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 4 years of experience managing and training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, custodial work, and maintenance of tribal or other office buildings.
Education: Two-year Vocational Training or Apprenticeship Program Completion.
