• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8am - 5pm
• Variable Wednesday start: 8am or 9am -- closes 5pm daily
• Full spectrum primary care -- all ages served
• FQHC clinic setting
• Independent practice with team environment
• 3+ years primary care experience required
• Spanish language skills preferred
