General Region: Fayetteville, NC area
We are seeking an ABEM/BEEM-certified physician to join our team at a busy emergency department with an annual volume of 32,000 patients. The physician will have the support of 2 mid-level providers and will be responsible for 12-hour shifts.
- Patients/Hour: 1.5-1.7
- Physician Coverage: 24h
- Mid-Level Coverage: 2 mid-level- split coverage
- EMR: Meditech 6.1
- Scribes: No
- Floor Codes: No
- Emergency Department Beds: 22
- Specialty Backup: ANES, Gen Surg, OB, Radiology, Ortho
- Shift Times: 12h Shifts (7a-7p ; 7p-7a)
Physicians will typically see 18-20 patients in a 12-hour shift. Our emergency department is equipped with an open ICU and physicians must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.
