Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Litigation Law Legal Assistant or Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join a prestigious law firm in downtown Winnipeg.

Do you have previous Litigation experience? Are driven, have high attention to detail, and can juggle competing priorities? Do you have outstanding organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you an excellent communicator and want to join one of Winnipeg's top firms? Responsibilities
- Opening and closing files as well as billing
- Providing general support to litigation lawyer(s)
- Preparing and organizing documents
- Communicating with clients and other lawyers
- Drafting letters, dictation, transcriptions, managing calendars
- Providing other legal administrative support as required

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and able to handle a heavy workload
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to interact with clients
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage lawyers, follow-ups, and resilience
