The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for leading a team of UX designers, overseeing the design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals and user needs. A team of UX designers will ensure that a clear, engaging, customer-centric path is created to drive improved conversion rates, help task completion, and increase NPS. The UX team members will have a passion for creating engaging user experiences and a genuine understanding of the power of strong design to drive commercial objectives and the Lead will be responsible for leading this team to ensure alignment and fulfillment of the partner's needs and objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, facilitating feedback sessions and development opportunities in alignment with market needs. Provide technical direction, consultancy and support to the team and partners, ensuring best practices in design, and user experience. Builds relationships with stakeholders and acts as first escalation point. Advocate for user-centered design principles and evolve UX quality assessment protocol. Excellent verbal, written, problem solving, mentor and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills, effective prioritization, and good deadline management. Excellent ability to drive and coordinate effective delivery in cross- functional projects and teams in a fast-moving environment working with both internal and external resources. All together 5+ years' experience in graphic/UX fields. Experience in delivering high value campaigns and websites and presenting them to the stakeholders. Strong and consistent user focus, demonstrated through putting the user and their needs ahead of features and technology.
