Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to spearhead an Agile team in developing cutting-edge FinTech software.

Your leadership and technical skills will significantly influence their products and teams, working within Azure Cloud with technologies like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, C#, and .NET Core.
Lead and mentor an Agile team in software development.
Create and improve software with cutting-edge technologies.
Oversee integration of external APIs to enhance platforms.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and daily standups.
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record in technical leadership.
Experience in mentoring developers and leading Scrum teams.
Significant experience with C# and .NET Core microservices development.
Thorough understanding of SOLID principles, especially IOC and SRP.
SQL and Entity Framework expertise.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and preferably Angular.
Cloud development experience, especially Azure.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
