We're seeking a social media manager for our accounts on X, Telegram, Instagram, and Discord. We need someone who thrives online, consistently creates hit posts, and communicates fluently in memes. - Craft and execute a vibrant social media strategy to elevate Winnables' profile and establish our brand as a leader in the web3 and NFT spaces.
- Develop and launch engaging content, activities, and campaigns that enhance user interaction and build a thriving community.
- Forge and strengthen connections with influencers, media, and key projects to boost our visibility and attract new users.
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances brand recognition, drives user acquisition, and fosters customer loyalty.
- Engage actively with our community, responding to inquiries and fostering a positive and vibrant environment.
- Employ advanced analytics tools to gain insights that shape more effective social and community strategies.
- Delve into metrics from marketing campaigns, website traffic, and user feedback to refine and optimize our marketing approaches.
- Act as the primary moderator for the Winnables X account, ensuring our digital interactions are consistently enjoyable and engaging.
- Manage our presence across various platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram and other promient social platfroms, ensuring we're everywhere our users are.
- Engage with the community by responding to inbound messages and initiating proactive conversations to foster positive engagement.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of direct experience in social media management and marketing, ideally within the web3 industry.
- Proficient in using social media monitoring and analytics tools.
- Knows how to balance 'degen' mode with a professional demeanor, effectively navigating both informal and formal communication styles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experienced in managing major social platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of the NFT and web3 sectors.
- Adept at creating diverse content and implementing effective social media strategies.
- Proven capability to generate ideas, collaborate with teams, and lead projects from conception to completion.
