Responsibilities

 As a Senior Cloud Engineer for Empower AI, Inc., you will serve as a critical component in meeting our mission of providing excellent services to our client. Your experience ensures an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be at the forefront of providing required support to the United States Mint. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI, Inc.’s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

 

 

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all activities relating to information assurance procedures and systems
  • Develops information systems assurance programs and control guidelines
  • Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures and resolving technical problems, priorities, and methods
  • Consults with and advises other sections regarding internal controls and security procedures
  • Prepares activity and progress reports relating to the information systems audit function

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree Info Systems/Relevant Field
  • AWS Solutions Architect or AWS SysOps Administrator
  • Minimum 15 years data center services experience.
  • Practical skills, training, experience, and strong understandings of design, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Amazon Elastic bean (EC2), Simple Storage Services (S3), Elastic block storage), Cloud for cloud hosting, and future AWS offerings.
  • Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private.

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

  • Ambulate between several buildings
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
