Lead Product Manager’s Mission
As Lead Product Manager – Institutional, you will own the end-to-end product portfolio for institutional offerings. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will define strategy, execute roadmaps, and deliver products that set new standards for institutional finance.
This is a rare opportunity to shape products from the ground up, requiring deep knowledge of both crypto and traditional finance markets. The role is being recruited by RecruitBlock, London’s leading and award-winning crypto and digital asset recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and execute the strategic product vision for institutional offerings, aligned with commercial and regulatory goals.
· Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, prioritisation, launch, iteration, and optimisation.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure impactful delivery.
· Deliver world-class institutional experiences, across Web UI and B2B API integrations.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in crypto and fintech.
· Develop pricing models, forecasts, and business cases to support sustainable profitability.
· Lead go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with Sales and Marketing
· Define and track KPIs and financial metrics to continuously optimise products.
· Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and quality across all releases.
Must-Have Experience
Relevant industry experience is essential and must be at the top of your profile:
· Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets, particularly custody, trading, and yield products.
· 8+ years in financial product management, with success in launching B2B digital products.
· Expertise in traditional banking, treasury, and institutional investment products.
· Understanding of TradFi and crypto regulation (AML, KYC, VASP, MiCA).
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking, capable of data-driven product decisions.
· Experience in financial modelling, dynamic pricing, and business case development.
· Proven ability to translate complex financial and security requirements into intuitive, compliance-aware user journeys and APIs.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
