Lead Electrical Engineer

Lead and manage the electrical design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Collaborate with clients and suppliers to align electrical design requirements and expectations.
Assign engineering tasks and oversee project schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
Provide technical guidance to maintain compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices.
Conduct design reviews to verify accuracy, feasibility, and quality of electrical systems.
Execute CAD design tasks, including 3D modelling and 2D drawings, to support project development.
Support production and project execution through hands-on mentorship, training, and technical assistance.

Skills & Experience:
Over 15 years of post-graduate experience in electrical design within manufacturing or heavy machinery environments.
Proficient in CAD design and Product Data Management (PDM) systems for effective engineering workflow.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer literacy.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage changing priorities effectively.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, guiding engineers and technicians.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualification:
B Eng Degree or B Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering
