đź“ť Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking highly creative, motivated, and technically skilled professionals to join the Strategic Communication Cell within EP&CCD Punjab. These roles will play a vital part in executing the province’s climate change communication and environmental awareness efforts.
Key Responsibilities by Role
Animator
-
Create 2D/3D animated videos for environmental campaigns
-
Work with concept designers to bring visuals to life
-
Ensure animations align with department branding and messaging
Motion Graphics Artist
-
Develop motion graphics & video elements (titles, transitions, infographics)
-
Collaborate with content writers and videographers
-
Deliver polished video content ready for broadcast or social media
Content Creator (English)
-
Write environmental awareness articles, blog posts, social media content
-
Draft copy for campaigns, press releases, memos, scripts
-
Ensure language clarity, correctness, and adherence to brand tone
SEO Expert
-
Conduct keyword research for environment-related content

Optimize web pages, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines

Monitor SEO performance, analytics, and recommend improvements
đź“‹ Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Domicile: Only candidates from Punjab Province are eligible (must have Punjab domicile)
-
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in relevant field (Media, Communication, Environmental Studies, English, Mass Communication, Journalism, etc.)
-
Experience: Prior experience in animation, motion graphics, content writing or SEO preferred
-
Technical skills:
• Animation software (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Animate, Blender)
• Video editing & motion graphics tool proficiency
• SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools)
• Excellent writing & editing skills in English -
Others:
• Strong creativity, attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication & collaboration skills

These are contract positions valid until June 30, 2026, or until project completion, whichever is earlier
