1. Assistant Director (Civil) – PPS-7 (BPS-17)

Gross Salary: Rs. 157,500
Age Limit: Minimum 28 years

Qualification & Experience

• BSc Civil Engineering with minimum 3.5 CGPA or 75% aggregate from HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or execution of construction projects (public/private sector).

• Proficient in: MS Project, MS Office, Primavera-P6, and official correspondence.

• Valid PEC registration required.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the technical aspects of FAB’s HQ construction project.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety codes, and timelines.

• Quality assurance and site supervision.

Preferred:

• MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• Experience in government or private construction sector.

2. Assistant – PPS-4 (BPS-11)

Gross Salary: Rs. 52,500
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (1st Division) from a recognized university.

• Minimum 2 years of administrative/documentation experience in public/private sector.

• Proficient in MS Office and project correspondence.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle procurement files, contracts, progress reports, and project correspondence.

• Provide administrative support to the building project.

Preferred: Master’s degree in Administration or Project Management.

3. Junior Assistant – PPS-3 (BPS-9)

Gross Salary: Rs. 43,750
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years

Qualification & Experience

• Intermediate (1st Division).

• Minimum 2 years of clerical/administrative support experience.

• Proficient in MS Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project records, data entry, and office documentation related to the HQ project.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

4. Driver – PPS-2 (BPS-5)

Gross Salary: Rs. 35,000
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years

Qualification & Experience

• Matriculation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in driving (public/private sector).

• Valid LTV license required.

Preferred: Intermediate education and relevant experience certificates.
