KS873 - Full-Time Housekeeper (w/ housing) - NV/CA

Overview

A couple with homes in Las Vegas, NV, and San Clemente, CA (Southern CA) is seeking a full-time experienced housekeeper. The primary residence will be in Nevada. Housing will be provided in a nearby apartment at both locations. 

The schedule will be Monday through Friday, and flexible on hours depending on whether the couple is in residence.  The couple starts their day later (10-11am), and there may be days when you leave early, by 5pm, and others when you work the whole 8 hours until 6-7pm. Regardless, you get paid for all 40 hours a week.  Very flexible role with guaranteed pay!  They plan to spend about 70% of their time in Vegas and the rest in CA. The couple is open to relocation to the right candidate but would prefer someone already local to NV or CA.

PLEASE NOTE:  The couple has severe allergies to scents often found in cleaning supplies, detergent, soap, and colognes/perfumes like Febreeze and Gain detergent.  The candidate to hire must be fragrance-free and maintain a fragrance-free home.  The candidate will be provided with a daily uniform and is not allowed to have any pets.  The candidate to be hired must also be fragrance-free and refrain from wearing any scents when reporting to work. 

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and upholding the home to a high standard
• General daily housekeeping and deep cleaning
• Laundry and ironing
• Running small errands when necessary
• Letting vendors onsite
• Letting the principals know if they see something that needs to be maintained
• Organizing as needed
• Keeping up inventory of products in the home 
• Cooking is a huge plus, but meal prep is fine
• Traveling between the properties in NV and CA

Requirements

• Prior high-end home experience
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Formal home experience is a plus
• Comfortable living between two locations (Las Vegas and CA)
• Diligent in their work and detail-oriented
• Organization skills
• Team player mentality
• NO pets allowed
• NO Febreze or Gain products used in the last year.  Also no lavender.  No pets.  Willing to maintain a completely fragrance-free household.  Fragrance-free detergents, lotions, soaps, etc.  No perfume/cologne.  This is not a negotiable requirement. 

Salary and Benefits

The couple is paying $75,000 per year, with full housing provided year-round. In addition, they are offering the following benefits:
