We collaborate with well-known global industrial partners and universities to establish long-term innovation. Our research focuses on commercializing the technology we develop through spin-offs. One of FLAIR's main objectives is to enhance material flow processes using AI algorithms. We are seeking a key team member to support us in bringing this innovative technology into industrial practice.

What you’ll do:
• Integrate with AI and machine learning models for industrial solution
• Work with IoT devices, various sensors and processing data
• Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle (from user requirements, design, development, testing and deployment)
• Writing technical documentation
• Provide consistent and reliable support to ensure performance and satisfaction
You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:
• Bachelor's degree Holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in backend developments and software architecture design (e.g., in Python)
• Work in an Agile Teams to deliver high-quality software
• Experience in Database such as RDBMS, NoSQL, FastAPI, SQL, NGINX and WebSocket
• Experience in RESTful API development and server-side logic development
• Experience in concurrency programming and distributed architecture development
• Work with data and/or with basic statistical principles and applying them to input data
• Experience in database programming
• Knowledge of Linux and cloud application, such as Azure, AWS and GCP an advantage
• Good writing, presentation, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to perform SIT/UAT test and write documentation
• Good problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Good Team Player, Self-motivated, able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
