Junior Finance Executive

Role & Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is intrigued by numbers and would like to the supporting wing to the Finance Team of an ever-growing company. We are looking for someone who has exceptional time management skills, organized and is seeking for an opportunity to kick start their career in finance.
• Handling an array of accounting tasks from reconciliation to processing transactions.
• Checking Supplier invoices and processing payments once approved.
• Responsible of the daily bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure that transactions are properly recorded and entered in the accounting system.
• Work closely with internal colleagues to investigate and resolve any billing- related issues.
• Assist in the month end processes.
• Assist with the company’s Petty Cash.
• Assist in the preparation of the month end reporting.
• Any other adhoc duties that may be required from time to time deemed necessary by the Finance Department.
Skill set and Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Has experience with accounting software.
• Holds and advanced level certificate in Accounting/ AAT Diploma.
• Trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
