- Optimize our offer creation and management processes, assisting with tool and process improvements from quote creation to ideal handover to order processing or project team.
- Support our (global) sales teams with complex quotes, ensuring relevant considerations like remuneration, pricing, local services, currencies and more.
- Define guidelines, setup trainings and documentation for successful offer creation and enable knowledge sharing across business units.
- Develop and maintain standardized quote templates (blueprints) together with business owner to ensure efficient and consistent quote creation.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT and more to allow a smooth quote process.
- Contribute or lead initiatives to improve sales systems and processes.

Your qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of education.
- Initial experience in a business or sales operations environment, ideally with exposure to sales processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and self-directed approach.
- Strong relationship orientation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative are highly valued.
- Preferably experience with industry standard sales and bid management systems and tools.
- Strong team player with a proven ability to work constructively with colleagues and contribute to positive and productive work environment.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
