Eligibility Criteria
1. Site Work Admin Officer
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures.
Comfortable with roster-based work schedules (28/14).
Basic knowledge of petty cash and expense management.
Responsibilities:
Manage site administration, prepare manpower reports, coordinate logistics, and ensure HSE compliance.
