Available Positions Reko Diq Mining Company is currently hiring for the following positions in 2025: Site Work Admin Officer  Department: Mine Technical Services Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan Site Accommodation Lead  Department: Travel and Facilities Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan Lawyer Department: Legal Location: Karachi (with travel to Dubai) Eligibility Criteria 1. Site Work Admin Officer Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry. Skills & Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures. Comfortable with roster-based work schedules (28/14). Basic knowledge of petty cash and expense management. Responsibilities: Manage site administration, prepare manpower reports, coordinate logistics, and ensure HSE compliance. Site Accommodation Lead Qualification: Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience: 7–8 years in accommodation or facility management, preferably in remote mining or construction projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Skills & Requirements: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in accommodation management software and MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and operational standards. Responsibilities: Oversee daily accommodation operations, manage staff, ensure comfort and safety, handle budgets, and coordinate maintenance or facility upgrades. Lawyer Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution. Experience: 5–9 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in corporate, commercial, or litigation law. Skills & Requirements: Valid Pakistan Bar Council license. Experience in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Excellent English and Urdu communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide legal support on contracts, compliance, and company operations. Manage litigation, maintain records, and liaise with external counsel.
