Overview
- 13+ years of IT Operations and Customer Relations Experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide technical advice in a non-technical manner.
- Fair understanding of laptops desktops, servers & networks
- Understanding of ITIL & exposure to ServiceNow is an optional skill to possess
- Focusing primarily on communication and stakeholder engagement.
