About the Role

Cyera is hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead all IT operations in our Tel Aviv office,

supporting ~400 R&D and Product employees. You’ll manage a team of 4 IT Analysts/

System Administrators and work closely with our global IT, Security, and DevOps teams to

ensure seamless day-to-day operations, scalable infrastructure, and secure device

management.

What You’ll Do

- Ensure smooth daily IT operations, including meeting rooms, network, and office

infrastructure

-Lead onboarding and offboarding processes across all systems and access points

-Resolve support tickets efficiently and proactively prevent issues

-Manage local MDM tools (Jamf for macOS, Intune for Windows)

-Collaborate with global teams (Security, DevOps, R&D) to align on tooling and policies

-Own office moves and infrastructure changes in Tel Aviv

-Mentor and manage a team of 3–4 IT team members

-Hands-on responsibility—especially with complex, company-wide systems and

initiatives where deep technical context is essential.

You'll work with a modern, enterprise-grade tech stack, including:

-Okta (identity management)

-Meraki (network management)

-Google Workspace (GWS)

-Slack

-Jamf (macOS MDM), Intune (Windows MDM)

-Zoom

-AWS (cloud infrastructure)

-HiBob (HRIS)

-Cloud-flare (network security)

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience managing IT operations at scale (200+ employees)

-Hands-on expertise with Jamf and macOS environments

-Experience managing local IT teams

-Strong understanding of SaaS, access management, and endpoint security

-Fluent in English; able to work with global teams

-Nice to have: Windows/Intune experience, background in cybersecurity or scaling tech
